Strategy and Business Development – Biogas Market in Norway
Project description
The project team supported the strategy development for a central actor in the Norwegian biogas market. Relevant market segments, framework conditions and economic drivers in the biogas market were analysed. Ad-hoc advice included the development of market analysis tools and assistance towards business development and negotiation processes, as well as assessments of greenhouse gas effects in line with the principles of the EU RED regulation (Produktforskriften in Norway).
