Jéssica Nicolau holds a double master's degree in business and economics from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics (Portugal) and BI Norwegian Business School (Norway). She began her career as an external auditor, working with both Portuguese and international banks, where she developed a strong foundation in financial analysis and regulatory compliance. Now at Carbon Limits, Jessica is stepping into the role of Business Analyst, where she applies her expertise to help drive strategic growth and navigate the complexities of a fast-evolving industry.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys exploring Norway’s cities and landscapes, catching up with friends over coffee or tying different cooking and baking recipes.
