Project description

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) commissioned Carbon Limits to undertake a large study on gas flaring in Russia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan. The aim of the study was to review the flare situation, to analyse appropriate technical solutions for the use of the associated gas, and to identify bankable projects in the four countries covered.
