Project description

The main objective of the project is in-line with Turkey’s efforts under the Partnership for Market Readiness (PMR) Project to implement regulation regarding monitoring, reporting and verification of GHG emissions, i.e. “MRV Regulation" by developing monitoring plans and annual emission reports for one volunteer refinery. In addition, the assignment aimed to build capacity both within the Climate Change Department (CCD) of the Ministry of Environment & Urbanization and for the relevant personnel of the selected refinery installation.
