Project description

Carbon Limits prepares Building Block 3: “Core Technical and Institutional/Regulatory Readiness Components for Carbon Pricing” and Building Block 4: “Planning for a Carbon Pricing Instrument” for Sri Lanka MRP. This included extensive stakeholder engagement on Nationally Determine Contribution (NDC) and national/sectoral policy goals, as part of developing roadmap for national registries, MRV systems and enhancing a domestic carbon offset scheme.
