Develop CDM Programme of Action covering solar PV, hybrid mini-grids, grid extension and solar lanterns throughout Senegal. Analysis includes programme financial analysis, greenhouse gas impact analysis, and preparing all documentation for the UNFCCC, as well as supporting client in securing carbon financing.
