Carbon Limits supported the Transformative Carbon Asset Facility (TCAF) in assessing a project information note (PIN) for a sectoral crediting proposal based on a nation-wide energy efficiency program in India, led by the public energy service company EESL. The analysis included an assessment of proposed baseline, institutional arrangements, technical interventions, and links to India’s NDC commitments.
