Project description

GreenPath Energy Ltd. and Carbon Limits AS were engaged by the Government of British Columbia to conduct a global survey of available public data on natural gas processing facilities’ emission intensities to determine which performs best. The Consortium scoured available public information and leveraged global contact networks in search of GHG data and throughput information which could be used to determine emissions intensities for natural gas processing facilities. Four publicly relevant available data sets were found and used: Alberta, British Columbia, European Union, and the U.S providing  a perspective on the emission intensity across different geographies.
