Fanny Lagrange holds a master’s degree in Environmental Sciences from AgroParisTech (Paris, France). At Carbon Limits, she works on methane and greenhouse gas emissions across the oil and gas, coal, agriculture, waste, and sanitation sectors. Her experience includes developing global methane emission factors, analysing satellite data to identify and attribute emission sources, and supporting companies with OGMP 2.0 reporting.
She has contributed to greenhouse gas modelling and forecasting tools for agriculture and both sewered and non-sewered sanitation systems used in national reporting. Additionally, Fanny has investigated super-emitting landfill events and biogas emissions and has participated in developing Marginal Abatement Cost Curves (MACCs) for various countries and mitigation measures. Her expertise also extends to carbon capture and storage (CCS), carbon utilization (CCU), low-carbon hydrogen, and broader oil and gas sector decarbonization.
In her free time, Fanny enjoys hiking, camping, running, reading, and photography.
